the whole point of doing the ls/vtec is using the LS crank.

cam choice is up to you. daily driving i would go with type r's or toda spec a's. All out drag look into jun 4's or toda spec d's. Oh and then youll need the $$$ valvetrain to go along with them and a bottom end thats stable enough to rev up to where those cams like to make power...
