Default 99-00 front end conversion

yes i searched, but nobody ever was clear on it. does it bolt up or not? do i need anything besides the obvious?

I believe it bolts up. But something about the rad support that seems to be an issue that people debate.

Some say it is needed, some say you can install 99-00 front end without it and it has been working fine.

you dont need the radiator support, just bend the top tabs down on the support, itll work out

If you dont use the Radiator Support, the outer-most 2 tabs wont line up.

yes, it will bolt right up.

you will need...
hood
bumper
radiator support
grill
fenders

its true that you don't have to use the radiator support, but it won't lineup right.

that thread posted above is a good how-to. check it out.

did mine, fits fine and the outer tabs are the only thing not bolted on. everything fits fine.
