I'll sell you my old one for $50 plus shipping (from a 97ITR, same as the others).
It's a heavy bugger though ... also have a B-pipe to part with as well as a cat (needs three new bolts on the flange).

Same but better because it's from a 2001 and was removed at 8,000 miles and stored since.
