Default Big-o and alignment: ripoffs?

Well my car's alignment is off slightly pulling to the right (i think i hit a curb awhile back). I decided it was time to save some tread life my new es100's. I went into big-o since i've had them do alignment work and some cv boot/joint work in the past with great success.

I talk to the lady at the front desk, she was really nice and helpful. She asked if the car was lowered and i told her it wasn't. She was like oh ok, it will only be $45.99.

A split second later the manager/redneck/hick pops out from what appears to be the janitor's room and says, "your car IS lowered, the cost will be 79.99 and no warranty." I was like hmm wtf it's not lowered, bone stock suspension bla bla ect ect. He further continued to try to persuade me into believe my suspension was stock but was "altered".... I told him he was wrong, the car is stock except for the rims, and an intake, unaltered/rigged. He then changed his mind for the 3rd time and told me those rims + tires would make it harder to align.....

Dick? or not?

Will other shops give me the same bullshit?

lol sorry man kinda funny..
an alignment is good.. exp after hitting a curb.. you should actually get your car alighned when you chnage your rubbers or every two years as a percaution.. extends tire life and reduces retarded wear on your suspension..
i think those guys are just retarded..
i work at a shop and i do admitt it takes more time to do an alignment with lowered cars so it would be understandable if your car was lowered.. but since you put diff rims its easier.. cuz now your car is higher and easier to get on the hoist.. not to mention the fact that you had hub caps on before and now have mags or what not thus reducing the 2 min he would spend to rip off the hubs.. but because you have diff rims on a car does not increas any amount of time for a guy to do an alignment.. he was just trying to milk you so his guy can get paid more.. cuz you had a flash car thus them thinking yoru loaded.. when infact your life saivings are in that car.. p ricks
