My wife has a Milano Red 99 Civic HX and I want to paint the side moldings and mirrors and was wondering if anyone has done this with the Duplicolor in a spray can? Plz post up some pics if you have it. Especialy Milano Red. Thanks.

 

i haven't painted the side moldings or mirrors, but i have used the duplicolor spray on my fog light housings. The only complaint i've had with it is that if when rocks or something hits it, it chips off. The texture of the paint is not as smooth either. Here is a pic of the color matching though. I usually put on about 4 coats and 3 of clear coat afterwards. Hope they help in some way.




I would imagine that it will be easy for the side moldings, the mirrors might be a little tricky, tape that glass well .
