Signing off - Bye bye ITR
After 4 years of having the crap being beaten out of my back and 2 operations, I have come to the sad realization that the low seats and harsh suspension have been the primary source of my back pain. It is time to move on. If anyone in the northeast is looking for a damn near prisitine 2000 PY ITR, check out Lundgren Honda in Auburn, MA. The car is 99% stock, never seen snow or road salt, fanatically maintained. 58k miles. Never been to the track. I'd like to see it go to a good home. If anybody wants any info on it, feel free to PM me. I'll lurch around the site for a few more week.
I guess you could say ouch twice.
Sorry about you pains, both, selling the car and your back.
I hope it makes it to a responsible new owner.
good luck with getting a comfy car

Bought a 2004 Accord V6 Coupe with Navi. Much better ride, seat position. The delear let me take one for a couple of days to see if it would bother my back. It didn't, but within 5 miles after getting back into my R, the pain was coming back. It's no R, but I prefer walking upright.

The oem seats in the ITR aren't the most comfortable seats around, that's for sure. They have no support and a weird padding system on the seat area.

Radio, Brembo front disc, K&N drop in filter, SPC Adjustable uper ball joints. From the factory the cambe on the driverside was -.6 and the pass side was -1.4 . Since it was within spec, Acura would not fix it under warranty. The car has new tires, timing belt, water pump, etc. I am a maintenence fanatic.

I'll second this and go so far as to say I even used to get back pains on longer road trips BUT, as soon as I added the EVO2 I can now drive 10 or 12 hours with absolutely No issues other than my right foot falling asleep on the throttle.
Best of luck.

Just because you have no ITR, doesn't mean you have to leave H-T.
