they have done numerous swaps(type r in a '99 civic hb, b18c1 in a civic coupe, and some VW swaps). they are in eastern Pa right on the delaware.

They may be a little bit further down the coast than what you have in mind, but Evans Honda in Newport, TN can do just about anything. They've done close to 100s of B series swaps and their work is top notch.
