Default I need advice on chosing wheel offset for autox

I am looking at getting a set of dedicated autox wheels. They will be for my STS prelude and will be 16x7.5 with 215/45 azenis mounted on them. The car is lowered very litte (one inch at the most)I was just wondering what offsets some of you guys are using to help me forsee any issues I might have.

Most of the aftermarket wheels that I am finding in this size are using about +42 to +43 mm offsets. But I'm also looking at some lower positive offsets like +32 to +38 mm such as are used in 240sx's. This would make the tires stick out farther and widen my cars stance.

If anyone could give me any advice as to the advantages or disadvantages of going this route, I'd appreciate it. Thanks
