Don't bother.... just use whatever you have and add the 3 or so wires. A true D15B harness is JDM and has screwy plugs and wiring. Unless you need this screwiness I wouldn't bother.

VTEC solenoid, oil sensor, and a ground (just connect this to the chassis).

For a D15B you don't need knock sensor, evaps, or the secondary butterflies.
