Ok here is what is going on....i just bought a 95 vx hatch and the climate control only works half way.....the lights on the thing come on and you can here the flap changing when you push the buttons(you know going from you feet to the dash vents etc...)but when i try to actually turn it on(bye the fan switch....the one that has 1 to 4 settings)the fan doesn't work....my radio and my cigarette lighter doesn't work either....i checked the radio fuse under the dash and it was fine....i also checked the heater motor fuse under the hood and it was good......someone please help me cause i cant figure it out....bye the way i bought the car like that, so it wasn't something i did.

 

anyone have any ideas?

 

double check all of your fuses, this happened to my friend a while back and it was a fuse bu i cant remember which one. if not then check you relays and pull out you climate control to see if there is a wiring problem.

 

k, i checked the fuses...i guess ill double check tomorrow...I pulled the climate control out and all the wiring looked fine...guess ill check the relays and double check the wiring to...thanx keep the ideas comming

 

check the back-up fuse under the hood.

 

k..the back up was blowed, replaced and the radio works now but the blower still isnt.
