Default head gasket replacement

hey guys anyone know how easy it is to replace the headgasket / timing belt on a 1990 honda civic 4-spd hatch? also does anybody know of a website outlining the steps to doing this?

im gettin a chilton's manual but its on back order so any help until it gets here would be greatly appreciated!!!

Now, for the headgasket, is it blown? It's kind of a job that takes a little more work if you haven't done much else mechanically.
