P54 del sol ac bracket

P54 del sol ac bracket
Hey I have searched and I found that the del sol p54 a/c bracket will mount my crx si a/c compressor. I got one and i tried to fit it on but one bolt doesnt line up. Is thatg how its supposed to be?
