To respond to your title VIS racing makes the rear hatch
There is a CF lip too, I don't remember the mfg. Go to http://www.G2IC.com and search.
And if you are asking if someone makes a CF hood for G2, well there are a few. VIS also makes this.

 

if your search here came up with nothing try searching g2ic.com...Ive seen cf rear hatches, and I have a VIS cf hood and JDP cf lip on my g2...there is also a cf version of ww rs front lip too
