Default TRANSMISSION?????

I did a search for transmission swaps, but didnt get the info i needed. is a 96-98 civic ex 5 speed trans a direct bolt on to a 95 civic ex engine. and is the clutch and flywheel the same. will the axles fit in the trans. i blew up mine and need another one.

Yse, 1996-2000 D-series trannies bolt onto 1992-1995 D-Series engines.

Ive heard both ways.. it will fit and it wont fit...

No mystery, 92-00 d trannies are interchangable...simple as that.
