I found this turbo at a junkyard and got it for $20 because it had no wastegate and the shaft doesn't spin. I was thinking I'd get a new center cartridge for it and use an external wastegate. There's no exhaust housing either but that's not so big of a deal because my pops is a welder. It's from a 1987 Plymouth Sundance, and it's a Garret TB0335 which I know is basically a t3. Would any t3 cartridge work for this? Should I even worry about getting a cartridge or should I just throw it out?
