Default Poormans R Daily Driven

I was wondering if this a a good N/a setup for a daily driven gsr.I tried to search but could not come up with any good info.My questions are what procedures would i have to take in performing this swap,I have general knowledge in cars so is this a swap i can do my self, and last what parts are needed besides the b16 head and pistons.would ITR pistons give me to much compresion because i plan on only running 91oct with a VAFC thanx. sorry if this is a noob question but i just got started in the N/A game

This is a great setup and you can do it yourself, just make sure you read over the Helms manual a couple times before you dive in.

*You can run ITR or CTR (pretty high compression) pistons, just make sure to get it tuned, especially on 91 gas
*The swap is as straigtforward as it gets...put the B16 head on the GSR block, and go race.

I have a buddy that put 191 to the wheels with ITR pistons and stock b16 head with CTR cams.
