Default EF Advice needed

I'm gettin' my 88 hatch ready for the upcoming season of roadracing.
I need some different advice on coilover setups. Or Lowering spring/strut combinations.
I need advice on a good catback systems for an LS motor in the EF
Also I'm running stoptech rotors with hawk pads and stoptech stainless lines so my brakes should be fine.
I'd also like to see some cage pics of cars that actually have to have them for track use, not just for show cages, possibly harness bar too or I can just incorporate that into the cage.
This is all I can think of for now. But I'll post more...any help/pics/advice would be appreciated.

I suggest posting this thread on the AutoX/Roadracing forum...I'm sure you'll get more help. As for roll cage pics, run a search, I've seen em here now and then...maybe try archived search.
