Default Need Help with car boggin

I got a 90 civic si. The car bogs when i step on the gas from 1st-5th gear. I recently changed the distributor but not the spark plugs and the spark plug wires. Im thinking its either the fuel pump or the fuel filter. Suggestions???

I'm going to assume you mean accelerating through all 5 gears and not going from 1st to 5th. I would change the plugs, wires (if they are the originals especially), and the fuel filter. Also, check your timing like it was mentioned above.

car runs fine when it cold starts in the morning, but bogs after 10 minutes of riding. It bogs in every gear from first through fifth gear. I check all the spark plugs and they seem fine. Im gonna buy a new fuel filter and use the fuel injector cleaner to see if that helps and Ill check the timing.. Anymore suggestions????

Another thing to consider would be your O2 sensor.
