polish redue wheels scraches?

does anyone know where they can polish or redue some gsr wheels (hammers) so they can look like new alloy? if you please advise anywhere in socal and for how much? thanks

you can primer and paint them most likely, well a good sandblast before would help.

wetsand them with a high grit and then use Mother's Polish.
