Default Power windows and locks

Has anyone ever tried putting power locks and windows on their eg? How hard is it? I have seen the European EG had power locks and windows. Any ideas where to land some of those doors?

Thanks in advance.

I liked it. I did it cause the previous owner had bent the hell out of the passesnger regulator so I just upgraded everything. Plus it was kinda fun for me to do. Ive since sold the car and Im getting ready to do it on the 96 hatch I have now. Collecting parts for a massive OEM install write up.

when i bought my EG from a friend...he already put power windows and lock in by himself. however, i've been having problems with my window. sometimes it rolls really slow..and sometimes it falls off the track..and **** like that. its never perfect. i honestly prefer to have manual windows. However, the power locks are useful. especially if u have an alarm and such. just giving u my experience. of course power windows would be nice...just dont half *** the job like my friend did on mine....
