Default Rear lower sway bar...

I have a 89 dx with a integ disc on the back. I was planning on putting a lower swap bar on but I would have to swap the lower control arms out for the si ones. Is the lower sway bar gonna make that much of a difference or should I just leave it??

rear sway bar is VERY worth it. you don't have to get the Si LCAs. ST makes brackets for the LCAs with and without an oem bar. check the application guide.
