all B-series headers will bolt up to the block, but the difference in lengths vary from car to car. Like a header off a SI might be too long or too short to bolt up to your cat.

If it's too long you could just cut it shorter with a hacksaw and reattach the flange with duct tape 
Seriously though, I'm not sure where you could check the exact size of the header. Perhaps ask a tune shop?

I know the gsr length is different than the ls.
I cannot confirm that the si is similar to either.
I think the gsr is the oddball there, but a good place to find out would be to ask jerome or another employee of http://www.sohfast.com.
They are guru's over there.
