Best thing to dry your car with
Use %100 cotton towels. Synthetic made products are stiff, they will leave swirl marks over time. Don't use dryer towels (such as bounce) when drying the towels.

Leaf Blower (or something similar, like a vac that can go in reverse). No kidding. It gets all the water that are in hiding. It's best because unlike any rag, it doesn't touch the surface.

100% cotton towels made in the usa. other countries tag their cotton towels as 100% but use impurities along with the cotton. If you dont want to use towels use 'the absorber'. Its a nice product.
Has anyone tried The Miracle Towel? Somehow it is better than the Absorber. Check it out.

does anyone have pics of "the absorber" or "california water blade".. i always used reg towels but i have alot of swirl marks. i need to wax my car or something so they wont show as much..
the absorber is the ****. air compressor should work good too because ur not making contact with the car. u can also try hitting VTEC and let all the water to glide off the car
The water blade rules...I save so much time w/ it..I use and up and down and side to side motion w/ terry cloths so i don't create any more swirl marks.
Some guy posted this on superhonda.....
I've been using the Miracle Microfiber Towel for about 2 weeks now. Here's the breakdown.
Drying the car after washing: Very effective. I like to use the Water Blade and follow up with this. It's very absorbent, supposedly holding 7 times its weight in water. It's incredibly soft and leaves absolutely NO scratches or swirls, even on my dark finish. You could skip the Water-Blade and dry the whole car with it.
Quick Detailing: This is the best item I've used for quick details between washes. It can actually remove rain spots and dirt when dry without detailing product because it traps dirt, but using QD will enhance the final finish and remove stuck on debris. Again...no scratches or swirls.
Glass Cleaning: Again...the best. You don't even need to use any glass cleaning product, just wipe the windows with a dry Miracle Towel and they're clean. Or you can use one wet and one dry. I've tried it with ammonia glass cleaners for really dirty windows and it works very well.
Interior cleaning: Picks up dirt and cleans the dash and consoles quick and easy.
I'm really impressed...this is the best detailing product I've bought so far...and I've tried them all. I got the Miracle Towel brand becase it's the highest quality one available, with a 70/30 blend polyester/polyamide. I bought 2 of them, and could actually put 4 to good use. If you're a fanatic like me I'd recommend trying a couple of these badboys.

They're $14.95, 2 for $25, or 3 for $35.
