Default my crx fmic

me and my dad designed endtanks and everything for my crx. the intercooler was designed to fit under the stock bumper skin without removing the bumper and it uses the holes that the airconditioning uses. also since its a 91 dx crx it has the full radiator, not the half sized one.

6 inches tall, 33 wide and 3 inches deep. 2.5" tube.

need to size up for the tabs and have them welded on.

we actually made a carboard version and then a wood version after to make sure it would fit under properly.

and the car

im not sure on the numbers, ill ask my dad in the morning.

we got the core from kinetic motorsport in langely BC and we drew up, cut and bent the end tanks ourselves. we would have welded them but we do not have a welder than can weld aluminum, only steel. the company that welded it was also in langley, just across the street

not quiet sure on the piping issue, i wont have to run out and around. probably not a WHOLE lot, but anything we can save would be worth it.

whole ic:
6 inches tall, 33 wide and 3 inches deep. 2.5" tube.

Core:
6 inches tall, 24 wide and 3 inches deep.

therefor each endtank is 4.5 inches wide

Isn't it great you do all that work then a big *** truck going the opposite direction kicks up a rock and you get a big dent.

Put something over it if you can. The bling of a shiny *** intercooler draws the wrong attention anyway. thieves

c0nspire, wow...now THAT is a perfect fit!

Put a mesh grill or something in there, and paint the intercooler black. Definitely not something I'd be showing off! All that hard work can go down the drain quickly when it catches the eye of the wrong guy.

I like things to be stealth!
