best turbo manifold for h22....

Default best turbo manifold for h22....

I would like to know peoples opinions on which manifold makes the most power, and the best quality for my turbo h22, Im may be putting together a custom set-up.

I have no AC or PS, I will want to run a 3in Dp. Thanks, any help please.

There really isnt a magic manifold. I think any of the ones from Fullrace, Tinker, RPI, Sfp....are all very high quality and you cant go wrong buying one. That is if money isnt a problem.

well I want a manifold that still retains the front motor mount thow.

i would like the turbo to be on the cam gear side of the engine, kinda like full race design.

The H22 SST places the compressor housing below the alternator, and leaves plenty of room for a 3" downpipe w/the front motor mount. Also, the full radiator should be easy to save. There are pictures on my website somewheres of this...

^ so I can still run the front motor mount, and I can still run the full radiator? And do I have to shave any off the cross member for the dp?Thanks

You *might* have to shave a smidgin off, like the "pinch weld" area. But Ive got is setup to where the downpipe basically hugs the block, then goes under the pan. If I remember correctly, there is 3" on the dot with the Lude/Accord Xmembers. So youll have to clearance slightly for engine movement. Email me for the nitty-gritty details!

How bad will a log style manifold be, such as the drag or somthing like that? What about the sfp manifold?
