really bad alignment = seperating axle
if your alignment was off by quite a bit and the car was lowered alot putting the axle at even more angle, would that cause the axle to get "streched" when turning? the driver side axle where the cv boot covers the two joints rips and the axle seperates.
i've been in two minor 10-15mph front end smashes, and removed the front cross member and suspention a few times and i havent got an alignment yet.
could the alignment soo off happens to the axle?
thanks

i dont know, since axles have play that allow different alignments..even it would be that bad i think it would bind before anything.
do they sit at a very acute angle?
im thinking maybe your suspension has bad joints/bushings thus allowing the suspension to move in and out.
