i ordered a turbo from them a recieved a email like a day later but tsince then i havent seen anything.

 

I ordered a turbo from them the 1st of June..Today is the 22nd and i still havent got it..I got some emails from them saying that my turbo was still in the build up line...

I called them yesterday and all they said was YOu have to email us and write the emailaddress u used to purchase and we will get back to you.I said that the previous 3 emails i had sent were not responded. So they said thati needed to email them and they wouldget back to me.. I did and they did got back to me and this is what they said:

"My shipper is gone. I will be sure it has gone out already or will go out
shortly if not. Check back again tomorrow via email for a status report.

I emailed today and they have not responded..

I think i will get my turbo(as you will) but they have just taken too much time, specially when you have a track event and the only thing you need to finish is the turbo to be able to fab the DP and check for clearances and then go tune.

Over the phone they really sounded busy,some machinery on the backround.

Funny thing is that they advertise that they Ship pretty fast(21days of waiting time for me is not pretty fast but..whatever..)

They just emailed me saying that my turbo will ship out tomorrow..Hopefully ill have it before June ends.
