Is oil getting into the cylinders? If so that will give you good compression since the oil is creating a seal.

^ Tru. Oil must be getting in the cylinder because it is "burning" it. Also he says it is on the plug threads, but when you do a compression test there shouldnt be any oil to seal the rings unless YOU put it in there.

Yeah if the plug were wet with oil your gonna have good compression. Sounds like Rings to me. normally oil in the combustion camber wont cause the vavle seals to seat any better, it it will make a nice tight seal on the rings.
