Which exhaust?
I currently have a 93 integra gsr and im looking for a nice lighweight exhaust system that has a nice tone since im currently doing suspension work also. i was lookin at the DC sports, and Tanabe hyper medallion. Do any of you guys have any other suggestions?
titanium exhausts are lightweight.. tanabe's ultra medalion has a titanium canister but the piping is stainless steel... oh yea.. jdm spelling is fun.. one L not two... lol..
http://www.tanabe-usa.com
tanabe stuck it on my teg.. and i used/borrowed it on my teg for like a month(gave it back to my friend).. it has a long canister and a baffle.. so it has the capability of being super quiet.. but if u like.. take off the baffle its super loud.. and u cant hear ur engine when u go a road racing.. i kid u not u have the capability of being the noisiest car at the track....
but titanium seemed to be a very easily bendable material when i tried to line the baffle up to the hole.. it went from circle to oval..
which is prob why they use a s/s bpipe..
i figure u wanted something lightweight.. so titanium is the way to go.. i think they make titanium bpipes as well.. but not sure what other companies make em..
i cant stand baffled n1 exhausts so i went back to my hks drager...

Apparently Fujitsubo's RM-01a is the lightest off-the-shelf SS catback out there. As far as sound goes, it is the best-sounding off-the-shelf catback as well, but thats just my opinion, and I'm biased. It is stockish at idle, quiet at part throttle, and very bassy and deep at WOT.
edit: I don't know if it would fit a 93 without modifications though.

im running a hks hiper catback. it gives out a good note, not too loud or raspy. it screams once past 5000 rpms. but at ease, its perfect. even with a test pipe and header, you won't get a loud *** fartcan noise..

spoon N1

there isn't any for your application, but you could always get the muffler and then have someone make you a custom catback and weld the muller onto the pipe

Well I had a few Exhaust on my Integra before I recked it. The first was a Apex N1 but after a few month's I fell in love with the Skunk2 catback so I switched to that. So If I was you I would get a skunk2 catback or like someone previously had said, Just build Custom pipe's and then end up with a carbon fiber canister. Either way I think will be nice.
