Default suspension

i'm lookin around for suspension right now, and i have come down to doin either spoon or kg/mm springs. I am just wondering how its gonna be on the stock type r strut, because i know when i lowered my civic with eibach's on the stock strut, the struts blew real fast. Or is it better to just wait and do a full coilover system, like cusco or tein, and if so, which is the better of the two.

Default Re: suspension (aram1000)

aftermarket springs + stock shocks = dead shocks.

just keep your stock combo until you can afford a real coil over setup...

Stock springs are plenty low and stiff IMHO.
