Definately not stock (stock doesn't have those holes on the perimeter).
Possibly something like a Toda.
Definately one of the lighter aftermarked flywheels.

That Flywheel is from an old modell of VW Beatle , you should get rid of it instantly !!! maybe I can offer you some pocket change for it so I can hang it on my wall

I think Geratol is correct milio , they look the same even the holes they are all the same and all of them match up with yours !!!

It took me a while to identify mine because I was checking all the issues of Hyper Rev and the pictures used in there didn't match. I found out that the pictures were just generic Cusco pictures, not application specific.
IIRC in Hyper Rev Integra Vol. 2 there is a short article of an ITR set up by Cusco. They have pictures of the actual parts they used and that is where I spotted this flywheel. Nowhere else have I seen a flywheel with this hole pattern.
