GForce Torso Belt, is it worth any thought?
The product is listed here:

But has anyone used this? I have a friend who wants to get into autocross but currently doesn't want to install a harness in his WRX. Is this product even worthwhile? Or is the very tight momentum lock and possible twist on the lap belt just as good?

the momentum lock on a WRX releases as soon as you let go of the belt, so that won't help much.
the WRX seats are very good already, i cant imagine a beginner needing anything more, but the neon guys around here swear by torso belts in teh stock classes (neon seats have much suck)

One of my friends has used it on his stock-ish Mustang for the last 3 years or so... he's very happy with it.
Christian, who thinks staying in the seat is important

worth it? I think so, especially if you do not have an aftermarket seat it can definately work wonders.
another stupid trick - plug in seat belt, hold belt in position, unlatch seatbelt and twist one or two times around. this will hold you in a little tighter.
