Bleeding Clutch on 98 GSR
ok,
1. you go buy a haynes manual.
jk
1. you add brake fluid to the clutch master cylinder resivoir (SP) and make sure it stays full
2. locate the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder, its right next to ur header on the front of the tranny, u cant miss it, its an 8mm by the way
3. then you get a buddy to pump the clutch over and over again to build pressure, then tell him to hold it down, then you open the bleeder valve for a second and let the brake fluid come out only for a second tho, then you close it up and then you can tell your friend to pump the cluch again. IT IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU KEEP THE BRAKE FLUID FILLED AT ALL TIMES AND THAT YOUR BUDDY HAS THE CLUTCH HELD DOWN WHILE YOU OPEN AND CLOSE THE VALVE. ONLY PUMP WHEN THE VALVE IS CLOSED.
4. when you regain full clutch pressure, your done.
ps. you might have to do it a few times to get all the air out of the line.
