well, I bought 2 type r front lips from this place, and they said it would take about 7 days for me to recieve the lips. 7 days passed still no lip, then 10, now its a month, and still no lips. I called them back asking for a refund and they just hung up on me. I tried callin them back again but they never pick up their phone, cuz i thing they got caller id. Well i went to my friends house and called them, and they picked up the phone, i told them who i was and i wanted my money back. They said that i needed to send them a cancellation email stating that i wanted my money back. Well i did that and its been about 2 weeks, and they still havent refunded my money...the funny thing is if they havent cancelled my order yet where the hell are my lips???????? and if they have canceled my order where the hell is my money?????? After sending them the email...I have been unable to get a hold of them. Anyone know these guys or have any suggestions for me. all the help is greatly appreciated...thanks in advance....

 

did you pay by credit card? If so, then file a dispute w/ your credit card company.

I ordered a small item from them that arrived on time. I doubt that they would have genuine parts though.

I didnt really pay with a credit card...I paid with my bank checking card...you know a fake visa hehe....i didnt want to give them a real credit card number

This won't help you much now, but it is a lot worse to give out a bank checking Visa number than a regular Visa number. You can always contest a regular Visa charge up to 90 days after the fact and win if it was fraud or misrepresentation, but it is harder with a bank card Visa. That said, if you report it as fraud to your bank soon, they should be able to do something about it.

I ordered a pair of JDM conners for my hatch well over two months ago,and I have not got them yet.I'm trying to stop the ordered but they will not pick up the phone,or get back to me when I e-mail them.

 

NEVER order anything from them I ordered sholder pads from them and it

Their "parking lot" is probably someones driveway. Surely an actual brick and mortar establishment would not treat customers that way. I am actually surprised that people still buy from "internet" shops.

 

its hard to find a shop with parts in stock around where i live, even though there are a bunch of them...and then i'd have to wait for the part to get to them then go pick it up and blah blah blah...so i order from people online....but i wouldnt order from a place like asylumms

Exactly!!!! As a shop owner, it is impossible to stock everything, but advertising something for sale or representing something as "in stock" when it is not is fraudulent. You will find, though, that most of those places come and go like night and day. And, in most cases, a lowball price comes with lowball service.

Those guys are from my town.

I'm sorry to break it to you but they're a bunch of rip-off artists. They burned one freind of mine out of 1000 dollar down payment on a DRAG turbo kit. Another guy I know they took his whole car! He had a CRX that was supposed to get a custom turbo setup, they had it for almost a year and then they moved away and he never saw the car again.

I could make a list a mile long of all the Denver folks they've ripped off. I hate to say it but you're probably screwed.

 

How can they get away with stuff like taking someone's car? They should go to jail...

did send me but a month and half later, and just dropped it on in the front of the house, left without knocking or signing the slip or anything.

 

In the 3 years I've seen them mentioned on Honda boards, I've never seen anything good said about them. Baffling how they stay in business.
