Hmmm "best" and "for the money" ... for just a few $ more you could probably get the newly available AEM Gauge-Type UEGO controller.
I've got one but won't be getting around to installing it (along with the VAFC and "other" ECU for a couple more weeks.

M250 or M300, will interface with hondata or uberdata for datalogging, or a regular AF gauge with an adapter, sold on their site. and why does he need to go to forced induction forum for an answer? you tune an NA car with a wideband unless you use the all knowing, totally accurate butt dyno.
