great, another question my dc sport header came with a flex pipe, can i remove it and go 2.5 all the way to the back?
flex pipe isnt hurting anything, id say leave it there. In the event that you bottom out and the exhuast shifts, that would eaither A. bend the piping or B. crack the piping or header. Flex pipe is your friend
The flex pipe is there to separate the vibrations from the motor from the rest of the exhaust. Keep the flex pipe.
The 2.5 may give you a LITTLE more power, but I really don't think it's worth paying the extra money to totally redo your exhaust just for that little extra bit of piping.
