Did everyone have to cut out there front grills on there bumpers?

Default Did everyone have to cut out there front grills on there bumpers?

Did everyone have to cut out there front grills on there bumpers to make your IC fit or is it just for "looks". I have a real small IC but did not have to cut it out but Im looking to upgrade in the future. Thanks in Advance

my first intercooler the drag one, I did not have to cut the grill but the one I currently have (precision). I did

GSR turbo on my CIVIC. yup had to cut for the type 31 IC

yes h22 hatch with fmic 31x6.5x2.75. Didnt want to at first, but after installing the bumper on, there was not way it was gonna fit w/o cutting the front grill out and also the 2 side grill for the i/c piping.

30x7x3" cutted my 98+ Integra Front like no other! Just enough to still have a fully ITR lip on uncut.

i did had to cut mines... it has pushing my bumper foward about 1-2" , now it fits good

i got a pic, ill post it tonight

ok, well i thought it would show better, but the 2 small holes are chopped up pretty good. word to the wise, you can only get so close with a sawzall before you cut **** u dont want to.....

99 Si with Greddy type 24 i took my bumper support off, and cut the grill out (didn't know if i needed to cut the grill but i did for the bling )
