Hey do any of you know the exact compression ratio of a stock 1997 Accord EX (F22B motor)...? Thanx

is it? it was listed on carpoint as 7.8:1
oh well i dont there to accurate they list
out cars as coming with a turbo stock. lol

so if the CR is 8.8:1 how low should i go with the CR on a daily driven turbo, would 8.5:1 be too low?

ya i dont think i should raise the cr on a TURBO car, but rather lower it. you only raise it on an all motor car

not necessarily, with good tuning and good parts, you can run higher compression on a turbo'd car, lower spool time and more off-boost power
