Installed my Mugen bar....
And i have to say it not only looks great, but it seems to work better than the stock one. It took me all of 5 minutes to swap out the front tower bars. It amazing how i thought the stock one was so great until i plugged in the Mugen one. Now it seems puny by comparison. Anyways, the whole car seems to feel a little tighter and more stable in the turns. DOnt know if its my imagination or not. But i do know that i was spinning tires more often this moring after i installed it than ever before in the same conditions. Just average driving too not hot rodding
I felt the same way after installing the Spoon front and rear tower bars. I only wish my install was 5 minutes, I had a damn locking nut in the rear that wouldn't come off and was eventually rounded off...
After removing the OEM bar I put it on my garage floor and pressed on it fairly hard (I know, very scientific...), it was amazing how easily and how much it flexed...

Yea, after talking to many people with aftermarket bars they all say how flimsy the stock one is. Maybe I'll get a mugen on someday.
