Hey whoever has an L7 what amp are u using and what size/type of box

 

I have the same question. Well, actually this is for my brother. He just bought one and I have no qlue. It is a Kicker 12" L7 (one speaker a box already). He is looking in the $200-$300 range...any suggestions would be appreciated. I searched and found nothing. Oh yeah, not trying to highjack your thread or anything, figured it was the same question.

IMO one of the best amps for this sub.

the l7 is rated at 750 rms

my dei 1100D puts out 750 @ 2ohm

dvc 4ohm l7 + dei 1100D = niceee

im looking for a l7

 

try to stay around 300

uhhh, why? will a 300 dolar amp push it better than a 350 amp? or a 250 amp? wtf

an l7 is a greedy subwoofer and is top notch compared to ALOT of subs, why not spend more than 300 on an amp if you can?
