Default Tach wont go past 3000 rpm?

I was trying to pass someone on the freeway when I noticed that the engine was making sounds like it was boosting... but no acceleration.. I glanced at the tach at it just stopped moving it would not budge past 3000 rpms... I have a 1994 Prelude H23VTEC with a DRAG turbo kit and the Tial upgrade. I am running the FMU a walbro 255 LPH fuel pump. The 345cc injectors, MSD 6BTM with the Crane cap and Blaster SS coil, Magnecore wires, NGK 330's at .028 gap, 93 Octane gas, Missing link MAP sensor bypass, I thought I might be the clutch but that was changed about 6 months ago, I changed the clutch slave and clutch master cylinder last month to OEM parts. Could this be an ignitor problem? I run between 5 or 10 lbs depending on what I set the dual stage MBC. This happened at both boost levels. This problem does not occur all of the time. Please help! Thanks.
