Default Best plugs

Can anyone give me a solid answer on what the best plugs in general for honda would be? Some say NGK some say Denso. I would like the best results.

I would assume its safe to say the same thing about plug wires? NGK being one of the best if not the best.

I've seen a dyno graph of NGK iridiums adding +2hp over regular BRK-7E-11s.
I have nothing to lie from this, I'm just saying...
I also use regular NGKs.

ngk;s are very nice, i am running denso iridiums now and they made a difference but i havent tried the ngk higher line but ngk still is one of the best
