My condenser Fan wont turn off automatic

condenser Fan wont turn off automatically
Hey Guys i have a gen2 integg & when the oil tem reaches to a point it turns on but the problem is that the condenser fan dosent turn off automaticlly like it should it stays on and drains my battery?? 
i checked the fan relay but its okay maybe a sensor but not shure were it might be?? have you guys ever had a problem like this??

yo i have a 90 teg and i have the same problem too... **** turned on one day.. and hasnt turned off since.. i have to unplug the battary everywhere i go... bump for an answer..
