new idea reguarding BSQ / ITR sway bar mounting
Been siting here thinking about the way the the BSQ kit reinforces the subframe with that big washer on the bottom, and posed the obvious question, Why not have a washer on the top mounting hole as well?
Also, what if i were to drill out both the top and bottom mounting holes, and then instead of knocking the welded nuts off, what if I just bought a bunch of big washers w/ an inside diam big enough to fit over the nut. Stack a few of those up so the clear the nut, and then just slip a bolt through and put a flange nut on the other end?
How do these ideas sound?

You would probably need a non-standard washer. The ID has to be big enough to fit over the nut, and the OD has to be small enough to still fit over the flat area of the sheet metal, approx 1.5"
