prothane driver side engine mount install

i've already searched the 'net for an hour, can somebody PLEASE tell me how to install the prothane driver side engine mount, it came with no instructions. i know where they go, but can't get them in. any suggestions? thank you in advance.

never mind, i just figured it out. you beat the crap out of them with a hammer! they slide right in!

I took a saw and cut through the two metal rings that need to be punched out, 3 mins later I had my mount in my car.
