Default b-series turbo cams

What cams would you recommend for a boosted (8-10psi) b-series vtec?

Hi,

i'am also interested in this...
i know that there is a lots off stuff around (i searched allready) but everything i know is that some people swar of the cam x and others of the cam y ... but noone say why he think that the cam is so much better the another or the stock cams.

and another thing i never found is how much difference this cam makes against the stock b16 cam?
i don't want to spent 500-800 $ for a set of cams just to get 20hp more!

Hope you can help.

Thanks
Malte.

Thats exactly what i think too...
and this is the reason why i want to know why a specific cam is so much better then the stock b16 cam and how much power i can get with other cams.

a far as i know for a turbo engine it is better to have a cam that has less valve overlap and longer valve opening time to get more air/fuel mixture in the cylinder.

but you can nowhere read data on cams like this to determine whats the best cam.
