Default Why did you choose the lude

Plain and simple just tell why you chose the prelude and what you love about it, since most people get civics and tegs.

Me I love the smoothness and handling, I know it's not that quick but I'd more into a nice ride now, not to mention I love the 5th body shape, but wish it had better looking headlights.

beause of the looks of the 5th gen (4th gen is nice too), the handling, the quality, and the vtec. It's a classy sporty car with good looks and decent power. I really think they should have continued the lude though and put a vtec 6 on it or stock forced induction. Because it could really use more torque and low rpm power. I definitely love the car, but if it didn't have the vtec i wouldn't even consider it. All my other cars have been v8's or turbos so im used to more power.

Couldnt get a RWD car as a first, so got the SH lude, which is the closest RWD handling FWD car.

First car was an 87 lude and got the liscence plate "LUDELVR" so I couldn't let this bad boy go to waste!! haha

But really, plain and simple, nothing beats the look of a 4th gen lude! Engine has great potential and great handling for the over all car. Only thing I don't really like is the fwd setup!

No one else on a local car site has a 88-91 Prelude... ugly? A lil bit.. but that all adds to the sleeper factor.

Nothing beats the h22 in my opinion, i never found anything special in the b series motors or the respective cars they came in.

Reliability. And the fact that it makes a decently quick daily-driver.

that's true, i do really like the sleeper idea of the car. most people realize our cars have *some* guts, but the majority of V8 owners and turbo goers still think we have nothing on them. That's why I really like the idea of building our cars up and giving them boost as well. I can't wait to boost my lude and not just run with them, but knock the socks off of mustang and camaro drivers. Make them look like they've seen a ghost and crap. It's gonna be great. Im even gonna go with the RSR exhaust so my stuff looks and sounds stock. I think ill throw a fogger system on there too eventually just in case I come across that rare competition of a Z06 or twin turbo supra or something.

I wanted something different, like everyone I wanted to be unique and since I did not see many of them around and it had power and looked good yay! And now I absolutely love it I cannot imagine having anything else!
