Default engine wont stay running....

hey guys. i put an h23 into my sol. and i got it running decently smooth. so i took it for a test drive. when i gave it WOT throttle, it hesitated...i dont know if thats because the engine hasnt run in a while. but also. it would just stall. if i wasnt giving it gas. any ideas?
