Default Droppin some bones on an engine soon

I plan on gettin a JDM d15b from hmotorsonline sometime within the next month or so, and I'm gonna be scowerin the import shops, junkyards, net, etc. to build up my own turbo kit. With these plans in mind, seeing as the engine will not come with the ecu, what is the best chipped ecu to use?

Are you asking what program to use for tuning, or what ECU is best to chip?

There are lots of options, Hondata, AEM, Uberdata, and many more. The answer relies largely on how much you intend to spend, and just how far you intend to take your setup.
