How bout you use the ECU that was designed for your engine? The P75 is made for a DOHC LS engine. Can you ask the person who told you ^^^that, this: How does a stock P06 that was designed for a SOHC D15B engine have "better fuel curves" than the P75? I would like to know myself their reasoning for this. Now if you chipped the P06, you can customize the fuel maps for your engine. But other than that, a stock P06 wouldn't run your engine better.

Since the p06 is chipped, then it doesn't matter. A chipped ECU can be fully customizable. Your tuner will be able to setup custom fuel maps for your setup.
